Pest ban is for the birds. The company has a built in system that comes highly recommended by DR Horton building company. They are horrible. I have a security camera and often they would bill me for service they never came out to render. The ants and spider seems to want to take over my house. Several times I had to call them to send someone to come help exterminate the ants and spiders. Finally after almost two years of bad to worst service I called to cancel my account. With no explanation or alert they came and removed the termite box they bore a hole in my yard to place, leaving several gaping holes on my yard. They did not even have the courtesy to fill the holes with dirt. I do not recommend this company if you want to be treated as a valued customer. I do not recommend this company if you want your house treated for insects. Horrible! Horrible! Just horrible

their treatment techs have always been punctual, professional, respectful, and flexible. leslie from customer service was amazing and helped me with everything she could directly which is the kind of service i always get every time without fail. this company gets nothing but the highest marks from me.

Mike was very thorough when checking for any termite damage and in fact spotted some old evidence never identified by our previous company. Gave a professional- and honest- assessment of what treatment was needed. Great service.

Great company. Quick to get a hold of and also fast scheduling. I put off getting the tubing installed for our basement finish for weeks. They were able to get someone out next day to handle it and not slow down our construction!!

It seems there is no longer have a regular technician that services our area. We really like the technician who came this time. He was very personable and professional. I like that he called the morning of to let me know what time he would be in the area to confirm our appointment window. Thank you Ms Gary

Let me start with the Customer support. Pestban has an awesome support team. It was so smooth right from scheduling the appointment until the task is completed. Specially the guy who did the pest and installed the termite at my home was very knowledgeable and took care of the ask well. Without asking he did also scheduled a follow up and visited just to make sure good. When it comes to pricing, it will change based on the time and size of your house. So check with them for the quote. Overall they have done a great job on initial visit. Hope they will continue the same in future.

I’ve been a member since 2007. The customer service is exceptional. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. They alert me when they are at my home, for the quarterly service, and do a wonderful job around the home. I rarely need in-home service, but they respond if I do. I am definitely a forever customer. My particular situation deals with an elderly man and caregivers. The two gentlemen were respectful, thorough, professional, kind and friendly. Appreciated Lee and his understanding and the person (name escapes me) that has performed the service. When I explained the reason for the timing of the appointments, he went out of his way (skipped his lunch) to accommodate. When elderly parents are involved - this is the type of service I appreciate.
